If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt Claims
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier — confirmed by tracking data, GPS scans, and/or photo proof of delivery — the shipment is considered successfully completed.
If you claim non-receipt despite delivery confirmation:
If our records show that your package was delivered (based on carrier tracking, delivery scans, and/or photographic evidence), but you claim you did not receive it, the following procedure applies:
- File a claim with the carrier — You must contact the shipping carrier directly to report the missing package and open an investigation. We can provide you with the carrier's contact information and tracking details.
- File a police report — If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you must file a report with your local police department for mail theft.

Provide a Statutory Declaration / Sworn Affidavit of Non-Receipt — You must submit a signed, legally binding statement declaring under penalty of perjury that you did not receive the package. This document must include:
- Your full legal name
- Your complete delivery address
- A clear statement that no package was received on or after the confirmed delivery date
- Your signature and date
- (Where applicable) Notarization or witness signature
- Submit all documentation to us — Once you have completed the above steps, send us copies of the carrier claim, police report (if applicable), and your signed declaration.
Upon receipt and verification of all required documents, we will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a package that carrier records confirm was delivered — without following the above procedure — may constitute chargeback fraud, which is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. We reserve the right to contest all such disputes and report fraudulent claims to the appropriate authorities.
